Check what emails are sent to each class instead of going to a parent and seeing their history. A parent might have students in different classes and the emails do not reflect this clearly
Would like to see items sorted be due date with the soonest dates posted first. It's hard to search through multiple items billed to see what is due first and what can be paid later. Sometimes things are missed in the sorting by date posted.
