Add multiple instructors to an appointment type.

Would love to be able to create an appointment type (ie private 30min lesson) and then assign multiple instructors and their individual rate (Sue: $25/ John: $20) and when the client goes to book the type of lesson, they can choose the instructor. Or visa versa and each instructor has their own booking page with appointment types assigned to them.
