There are a few things that would make Ticket Pro easier to use. We have used it for some large events, but will probably use a different system until some of these items are addressed.
When a parent buys tickets from their portal autofill their email address (we have several parents who had a typo in their email address and then tickets were not delivered to them)
When a parent buys tickets from their portal allow them to use their stored credit card
When parents buy tickets from a portal, allow them to login and see their purchases and print their tickets (we have had several parents who claim they never got the original email).
Add an event reminder email option that will email the ticket holder X days before the event which includes a link to their tickets.
We had to field many calls and emails from parents for our events which was really time consuming because of the items above. I realize that not all tickets are purchased by parents, but for those that are these improvements would really help. All of the other ticketing systems I have used in the past had a way for the purchaser to login and retrieve their tickets. This is a big gap with Ticket Pro.
fully agree with all of the above. i had exactly the same problems.
