For ease of seeing when a room is available for adding a lesson, a make up class, and finding subs within my staff - I would love to have a view that shows all the classes for the day, color coded by instructor and in columns by room assignment! We have a view like this on our current software and it is where we work from for classes. It makes it VERY easy to find a class to enroll a student, make a change to the class, and just see the schedule. Our current view will not sort my classroom assignment, but that would make it perfect! I will attach a picture of what we see currently.
I can scroll to the day of the week, and immediately see if a teacher has a break where I can have them sub last minute. I can also quickly see that we do have an extra room available. It would be better if I could see easily what room is available. If you look, we can also at a glance see if the class is full or not.
I'd like to also be able to color code our classes by level. And make it so that customers can see the calendar of classes for only the classes they are eligible to register for.
I couldn't add to my other comment, but this would be great on the parent side as well instead of the confusing listing they see on their end or on the live schedule.
I would like to be able to color code per our studios and not the random colors they choose. I have to keep a room to room schedule so I can tell easily what studio is either open or close for rentals, extra classes, etc...
I came in here to suggest the same thing! I plan our schedule on a spreadsheet so I have a visual representation of which studio is available when, then have to transfer all of that into DSP. We can already see so much on the DSP class calendar, that to have it visible by studio (not just with one studio selected) would make the calendar just about perfect.
