Class start dates for individuals', not just set for class
We have a "futured drop date", but it would be nice to have a "future start date". If a student wants to register now, but does not want to start for a week or two.
It would be great if there was a future add much like the future drop feature so we could add people instead of having to track/remember til the end of the month.

Add a duplicate option for appointments and private lessons
Similar to the ability to duplicate products, this allows for ease of adding instructors to new services quickly. Alternatively, or perhaps additionally allow the option to select multiple instructors for the same service.
