Show trial and drop-in classes taken in Class History

A trial or drop-in class is a class. When someone takes a trial or drop-in class, that should show up in the Class History.

Student's name on online order receipt.

I would find it easier to find the student's name on the order receipt. At the moment, I only see the parent's name (often the mother) and I always have to look up who's parent it is.

Reports based on user

It is very difficult to have reporting with so few filter options. It would be great if we could select multiple options on filters.

Easier entry of payments

It would be great to easy make a payment and split the the payment over multiple transaction codes at one time instead of doing each transaction code seperatly.
