Make opt-in to receiving emails required when registering so they will be able to receive communications . Should Not be their choice. We need to be able to contact them.
Many of our parents don't see the opt-in to emails tab when registering online. They can't add it later so it's a pain to fix it so we can communicate with them. Emails should always be automatically allowed.

Add- Student Waiver, Date it was last accepted on Student Summary Page
Instead of having to run a report, a section on the student's summary screen showing the date the on line waiver was last accepted & if it is current. If it is not current have it flag in red
Lesson planning right now is a text field only. There should be a way to add files, photos and link to videos. Multiple items, not just one or the other. All accessible from the iPad Class manager.
Would love to see improvements to the Leads and Prospects section to create more of a true CRM. It would be great to be able to track a potential student from the enquiry, to follow up, to trial, to enrolment (or not interested).
Add Date of Birth and Address to Landing Page and fill in info on student page

We would really benefit from a feature that can allow us to set up automatic monthly payments for our parents. Setting up payment plans individually for each parent is way too time consuming.
Can we make the option to Unsubscribe a request if they are active? We absolutely need to contact active students and it should not be an option for them.
