Make Costume Console still available after the season has ended

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We collect costumes after our season has ended so this would allow us to still see the costumes for that specific season.

How should this work?

Right now if the season end date has passed we are not able to view that seasons costumes and mark them for being returned etc.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin and studio owner

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will make it more simple to track students when they return their costume so that we can apply replacement fees accordingly to accounts that have not returned their costume or adjust accounts and mark costumes as returned if they have returned them later than the end of the season
