It would me nice if when someone prepays towards tuition if once after the tuition has been posted that it would mark it as paid. It makes the balance owed zero, but does not make it as paid.

Employee Tracking

It would be great to track of employees are late, absent, ask for time off have a sub. Possibly for each class allow the admin to go in and notate that for each staff member.

Add special tuition Rate

At our studio, we have students who are "company" dancers who pay for a "company bundle" and it's $65 per student and that gets them specific classes, (up to 5) and then each class after that is discounted at $10 each.

Student Custom Payment Per Registered Class

It would help if we are able to change the tuition for a particular student's class in addition to the discount feature. Example: Waive the fee for one out of the three classes registered whenever fees are posted.
