I need an attendance sheet not just Absence

I have 2 suggestions regarding the billing of private lessons. The system bills the parent when they book a lesson. What about detecting the fee when they cancel? Allow for deposits required for booking an appointment.

Please allow previous season history to remain. It currently is deleted when the new season begins. My 2020/2021 season history is gone. I cannot run reports about 2020/2021.
