add a refunded button on main page of merchant services when refunded

When I did a refund I went back in and it gives me the option to do another refund. It should not.

    Hello. When a payment is refunded in your Payments Console (More > Merchant Services), a refund icon should show in the Refunded column to let you know that a refund has been successfully processed.
