it would be nice to be able to sort classes by age requirement as an admin. When talking to someone interested in classes, it would be a convenient sort tab under classes.
Add a category box of class type when entering new classes
It would be nice to categorize classes by type (example: tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, etc.) when setting up a new class. This could be a drop down selection box.
We need a report to show students by zip code. This helps us with marketing to schools and targeted FB ads. The address format would have to be updated to include city, state, and zip code first. :)
Allow students to choose duration of appointment/ private lesson
We have studio renters or students who wish to reserve studio space that have various duration times. It is a pain to keep changing the appointment duration each time a student wants to book for certain duration.
It would be good to be able to add an optional payment on check out that the parents can select (for us it would be our welocme pack that we have decided to make optional)
Add notes or non-enrolled students into appointment calendar
We have face to face appointments before enrolling new students. It would be helpful to add them into the appointment calendar with a note section about pertinent information (like a virtual sticky note)
