Turn off receiving texts when someone creates an account but does not enroll.

Getting an email when an account is created is great, but not a text for a new account that does not enroll. The emails help us to follow up, but the text notices (multiple dings!) don't help and are distracting. Please consider being able to turn this feature off. Thank you!
