We would prefer the ability to assign specific transaction codes to the different seasons we have going at one time (Recreational, Company, Summer, Fall, Winter, etc) in order to pull more accurate reports for each of our season registration. The way it falls right now, it all defaults to monthly tuition and we are unable to separate it.
YES!!! I would love the ability to select a transition code to be applied to tuition paid per season. With the next seasons enrollment happening mid current season, it would be nice to be able to differentiate what is tuition for one season vs another. For example. When I set up my summer season, I want to be able to select “Summer Tuition”, vs tuition for the current season is “Tuition”. This will allow me to run reports and distinguish my income per season easier.
Currently I have to manually edit each individual transaction and payment and this creates extra work and room for human error.
