Original Title: Other choices - not just tuition or entire balance
Please add a way to auto-pay for a specific amount/charge. For example, if a competition team fee is due, I'd like to be able to auto-pay just that fee rather than only having the option of tuition or entire balance.

PLEASE add category - "pay by transaction code"!! Having to go through each account to pay specific fees defeats the "saves administation time" that DSP advertises!

Yes, please! There is nothing automatic about this process for the back office. The ability to process payment by transaction code would be a game changer.

I will be separating payments into 8 months so I have to charge 13% for 7 months and the remaining 9% for the last month since it cannot be split evenly. It's caused a lot of confusion for my families.
This would be amazing, we would love to just direct debit the concert costume fees not it be mixed with the normal fees!
We have various festival tickets due throughout the season so the ability to code certain things auto-pay at times different than the balance would be so helpful!

Yes Please!!! We do a costume deposit, we do team fees, we do all kinds of charges/codes that i have to go through and charge one at a time. PLEASE create more options for what we can run autopay for.

I totally agree with this!!! Auto Pay is clunky and time consuming the way it is currently formatted. This would be a great improvement.
This is a feature we would be very keen for!! We have almost 1000 students so going in and running the transaction separately is just not going to work! I would be very grateful if this could implemented!
This feature would save me a lot of time! If I can run auto-pay with various transaction codes, I wouldn't have to do tedious work of going into each individual account and running the transaction myself.
I feel like this is one of the more important updates that can be implemented. :)
Agree, I don't need phone support if email support is an option; and don't like to know that I am having to pay extra for those that need phone support.

I have my tuition posted on the 20th and due on the 1st, and my extra fees posted on the 5th and due on the 15th. This way, I can always run balance which then takes into account any credits they have, and any miscellaneous things they buy every two weeks.
Hi, For this option I have implemented a contract for the parents and use the highlight notes on their signed contract to use the card on file. Yes, I have to go through each account, but I can work with this and apply payments through their saved credit cards and not through the auto pay option.
