Autopay - Past Due Balance Only Merged

It would be helpful to have an AutoPay option to charge for past due balance only. We post charges that are due in 30 days, so we would only want to collect payment for those once they come due. This would be a less scary for customers who are contemplating signing up for AutoPay.
