Auto balance to current date Merged

We require Autopay for all students. Sometime charges are placed on the accounts that are not due yet. When running autopay there are 2 options. Tution and full balance. We may want to run the blance due on that date but not otherr non-tuitrion charges that are not due.

Could you add an option for charge balance to to date?
