Original Title: Options for auto pay besides Tuition and Balance. There needs to be a drop down for entering different transaction codes for auto-pay. For instance, On the 5th of the month I need to pull Company Fees for over 100 competition dancers. Instead of pulling tuition or balances, I should be able to only pull what is due on a specific date.
There needs to be a way to go into auto pay and click on different transaction codes that are due on specific days of the month. Right now you can only choose TUITION, BALANCE, OR Less of the two.
There should be a way to access a Transaction Code such as "COMPANY FEES' or "MERCHANDISE" and just pull that Transaction Code on the due date. It is alot of work to go in indiviually to every student, plus the bank will charge me for all those indivual drawls. I want to be able to hit auto- pay, specific transaction code, and enter. Then I would just be processing one drawl.
Yes. I have to go into each individual student in who autopay and individually pay Competition fees or costumes. When I do it individually it will allow me to pick "credit card" in transactions and "other" then a drop down to pick specific transaction codes. But I cannot do it in auto pay
