Multiple Auto Payment Options besides Tuition and Full Balance Merged

It would be helpful to have the option to charge for specific things on families ledger but not have to go into each individual family. For example, we have tuition payments due the 1st of each month and costume, competition, or choreography fees due on the 15th. I'd like to be able to add all charges to families ledgers at the same time but then just run for the costume payment. But going into each individual family gets very time consuming. Looking for auto payment that will provide that option. The last software we used listed all charges out and we clicked which ones we wanted to charge.
