Allow parents to request makeups for class

Like everyone at this time of year, we are closing for the holidays. We are offering our students makeups in January for classes missed during our closure. What would be helpful would be if parents could put in requests for their makeups based on a list of suggested makeup classes, or just let them select a class in their age range and style.
