In order to add an assistant to a class, they have to be added as a staff/faculty member. ALL of our class assistants are not paid faculty members, but students, so it would be nice if we could add an assistant without making them a faculty member.
I agree. It would be nice to have them attached to the class so that they can see the class on their schedule, get the emails sent to the class. I don't need them to have access to anything on the studio portal side, so I really don't want to add them as "Staff".
