Future addon class date

Would love to see an option to add a student to a class for a future date. Example for summer break etc. We have an option to drop a student on a date but need a add on option with date.

Add student name to email

Families with multiple students often have difficulty understanding which student a bulk email refers to. Eg. Invitation to performance team/exam etc Auto populating the email with the student name: Re 'student name' would be very helpful.

Improved Lesson Plans

Lesson planning right now is a text field only. There should be a way to add files, photos and link to videos. Multiple items, not just one or the other. All accessible from the iPad Class manager.

Leads and Prospects

Would love to see improvements to the Leads and Prospects section to create more of a true CRM. It would be great to be able to track a potential student from the enquiry, to follow up, to trial, to enrolment (or not interested).

Adding a few new Major costume companies

Robo Sizer is a life saver. Glamour Costumes has now released a recital line and would love to be able to translate sizes to them as well as Laylas Dance Costumes. Thanks a million!

To be. able to see in the communication history, the emails sent trough the My Personal Assistant

at the moment, we don't see what the customer receives through the My personal Assistant. It will be useful to see this in their Communication History

Unreported absences email vs. reported

It would be helpful to be able to choose to send an email only to those who did not report an absence rather than sending them to all marked absences, reported or not. We get dozens of emails from parents saying we told you we wouldn’t be there.
