Disable automatic "we missed you" emails for students who have notified their absence in advance. This change would allow sending absence emails only to those who miss class without prior notice, making the communication more relevant and effective.
I would be great if the system could distinquish accounts with overdue balances vs future charges and the personal assistant only send messages to the overdue charges accounts
When Trial reminders go out via email, only the time of the class and the name of the class are included. There is no date so the Parents can not put it on their Calanders. I would like the date of the Trial added to the Reminder emails.
