It would be helpful to be able to choose to send an email only to those who did not report an absence rather than sending them to all marked absences, reported or not. We get dozens of emails from parents saying we told you we wouldn’t be there.
Yes, this is why I haven't used this feature, and I really want to be able to use it.
It would be great if it could send to each absence without a reason listed, regardless of if the parent logged it or the teacher. Some parents still email, call or text the studio instead of logging the absence in their portal, so this way those parents wouldn't get the automatic email either.
