set time zone to match local country

For overseas DSP users like us here in Australia - DSP needs an option that we can select local time zone. We often can't do class rolls as class is not metting that day - as DSP is matching with USA time zone. Same goes from day specific reports....

Logging tardiness and/or dress code compliance

I don't see a way to mark in a student is tardy. I would also love a way to mark if they are not in dress code so we could keep track of this and reward those who are not just showing up, but showing up on time and and in dress code.

Place to enter amount of cash payment

For a cash transaction, please add a place to put the amount paid so the amount of cash back automatically calculates. This is necessary for accuracy and tracking actual money paid. Currently I'm manually doing it using a calculator.

No class dates for hourly rates should affect tuition

flat rates for teacher pay

need to be able to assign a flat fee for classes, rather than only the hourly option as some classes are longer than an hour and teachers are paid a set rate for the class. having to enter it hourly, makes is confusing for teachers. and extra work...
