Allow age range of one year for a class

Right now, .5 or 1.5 years are the minimum age ranges for a class. Please add the option for 1 year! I'd like to limit a class range to just 3 year olds, for example (not 3-3.5 or 3-4.5).

The checkout cart needs a timer
