When pulling a Charge report it doesn't account for deleted charges or dropped charges in the system. So when comparing to payments it is inaccurate. This is not an idea but is a flaw in the system.

Hi - New to DSP (coming from AKADA). I feel strongly that the fee per use to texting is not indicated for the monthly fees we currently pay. Please consider adjusting the price point of this, or remove the costs for this service.
Please create an automated feature to not charge students that are scheduled to drop a class. It's so much to remember who is scheduled to drop in the future and the parents will get upset if you charge them.
Could we add non-binary as a choice for students and/or preferred pronouns and preferred name?
I think it would be helpful if parents have the option to choose non-binary (if they know their child identifies as non-binary). It would also be helpful to know if there is a preferred name and/or preferred pronouns.
