set time zone to match local country

For overseas DSP users like us here in Australia - DSP needs an option that we can select local time zone. We often can't do class rolls as class is not metting that day - as DSP is matching with USA time zone. Same goes from day specific reports. This should be easy fix to set your DSP to work off local time zone and date
