Tuition and Statements

So as ive been blasting through some accoutning I came to realize that if i delete a charge in error it is truely gone...date, amount memo etc. an undo last transaction would be great especially in the accoutning module

Having a search bar on the transaction page like there is on students & classes so I don't have to go to reports.

It would be useful to have the option to have a break down of the tuition per class on the parent portal and on the statements.

Would like a way to set a dollar amount limit on how much people pay for tuition. It can be done for an individual only in a roundabout way (set tuition prices by time increments and wherever you stop adding it stops charging), but there is no way...

rather than doing it all one by one there should be a way to mark all of a student's overdue items as paid at one time

When you go to apply a payment, it doesn't actually apply it. You have to "Split" the payment for it to actually be applied. If I click apply payment, it should automatically apply the payment.

It would be lovely if we could have the receipts sent as a PDF format. Parents find it more user friendly.

It will be good to adjust amount of makeup classes when parents are taking their makeup classes and adjust amount in following term.

It would be great to see detailed breakdown of invoices, what the discounts are applied, be it promotional code or multiclass, multifamily discount. This is so frustrating that parents have to ask how the statements are done and we have to keep sh...

It would be easier to send out statements at the same time when parents register/enrol for the class rather then sending manual statements. There are so many tasks that need to be performed manually! Hating this application right now
