Individual and Family Tuition Cap

Would like a way to set a dollar amount limit on how much people pay for tuition. It can be done for an individual only in a roundabout way (set tuition prices by time increments and wherever you stop adding it stops charging), but there is no way at all to cap a family’s tuition total other than manually.
