Import photos directly into email instead of the cloud. Having to first import to the cloud is a time-consuming unnecessary step in emailing our families.
The First Class email can be disabled for a specific class, if needed.

It would make things easier in certain situations if we could copy & paste emails addresses into the “to” option when sending emails. Rather than having to search, find, and click on individuals in the student/parent sections.

We would love to use the report card feature but my parents are never going to login to the portal to see it. Is there a way to download individual student report cards to print or email?

Send text messages to parents that aren't enrolled
There are often times when text messages need to be sent to parents who have not yet enrolled and created a portal. For example students who have entered workshops or who are trialling classes.
I Sent a follow up email to a parent that registers in the system. However, I don't see anywhere that it has been sent to know that I already sent out an email to the family. It does not show under communications, history. Is there a way to see this.
We find that we are always wanting to copy someone when we send an email from DSP but we have no CC or BCC field. It would be great to have the ability to add in extra recipients free form!

Please add merge fields to emails can be customized with the parents and/or student's name. Example: "Hi [Parent First Name], We can't wait to see [Student First Name] in class"
