Ideas Portal
There are often times when text messages need to be sent to parents who have not yet enrolled and created a portal. For example students who have entered workshops or who are trialling classes.

As this was a suggestion from April 2023 I had for go back and look through.
I was referring about being able to send text messages to numbers that didn���t have an account. As an example, when we have workshops they are not always an active or inactive parent and we would like to send bulk text messages to everyone.

Hello Katja, can you clarify your idea a little for me. Is your idea about setting up an automation text in the "Personal Assistant" to message the parent to log into the portal and enroll their student? Parents marked "Inactive" can be sent a text message through the Robo-Texter.
