No-charge class

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I'd like to create a class that charges a one-time fee and then nothing more each month. The majority of our classes charge a tuition each month and we post that tuition charge each month based on the length of the classes. I want to create special classes that have a fee charged at registration, but need to make the normal tuition a no-charge tuition so that it doesn't charge for the length of the class and doesn't charge the one-time fee again each month.

How should this work?

Add a checkbox under tuition that says "Make this class no-charge" the same as under Add special tuition, but don't require that it be for select students or a student group. Have it apply to everyone.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Everyone. Students don't accidently get charged again and admins don't need to create a student group that has everyone in it and needs to be maintained to make sure we don't charge students again for one-time fee classes.
