Scheduled payment should use billing email

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

All communications about what has been billed and paid should go to the billing email and not the main email for privacy reasons. Right now the Scheduled Payments are sending an email to the main email with who and how much was paid. This should not be visible to those that are reading an responding to basic inquiries for our studio.

How should this work?

I would think it would be a standard default to have emails about billing and payments to go to the email setting that says Billing email.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

For confidentiality reasons that Students and their families would be the ones that benefit.
