Ability to block one customer from paying with check and/or credit card online

Live Feature List in WDSP-TV should be editable.

The live feature list in WDSP-TV should be editable. Right now the only option is to delete the posting and rewrite it in full and go reload the image. It would be wonderful to be able to edit the text without having to redo the entire posting.
