Absent excuse on check in interface

It would be great on the check in feature to add the reason why the student is absent rather then have to go back and do it manually. I know it can be done in the class section, but if a student calls a head of time (to say they are sick/in quarantine or something) it would be nice to note that one time rather than to wait until after all their classes once they've been marked absent, or need to mark it over and over again for every class that they are taking.
