Don't log me out.

I don't think I should be logged out when I go to the website for a parent portal log in screen. I understand more when I actually log in as a parent, but when I just go to the website to grab the URL, I don't think i should be logged out.

Ability to email incomplete registrations

I'd love to be able to mass email all that have not completed their registration in the online registration manager.

Normal Users access transactions

It would be nice to have my normal users be able to take payments, but not have access to all my reports and communication settings. I tried setting this up with the new premier but have been unable to keep access very limited but still let my tea...

Teachers allowed access to the system as a user/super-user for their classes/location only rather than the full school

It would be great if our teachers could have their own log in like the super users etc but specifically for the classes they teach at or the venue/location they teach at. This way they could contact parents and oversee everything that is happening...

Multiple Studios for One Class

At our dance school we have multiple classes that come multiple nights a week, some of these classes are in different studios throughout the week for example on Monday our Standard 1 class is in studio C, but on Wednesday they move to Studio A.

Promo Code good for only one student

There is an option in the promo code that the code is good for a 1 time use per family. I think there should be an option for 1 times use per student.

I mean being able to assign Add hall hire, teacher costs and other costs of sales to a class to then report on profitability…

This would enable the production of clear KPI's for teachers, help with recruitment strategy and marketing and general gross profit management.

Class Manager App File Organization

It would be nice if in the class manager app the files that have been uploaded into the Cloud were organized into "folders" just like they are on the Parent Portal side.
