Already exists
Parents should be able to use their credits towards drop-in charges and appointment charges. Currently credits are only available to use towards enrollment.
The checkout cart needs a timer because parents are going in and holding seats and not checking out. They are later abandoning the seats and others are having trouble getting on to purchase tickets because it looks like we are sold out.
