When looking at enrollment of past seasons, I wish to see all students that were registering at the time, even if they are now inactive.
When a student is presently marked as inactive, it doesn't show up on the Roll Sheet of past seasons anymore. It makes it really difficult to compare how many students we had compared to how many we now have.
