When people sign up for something that needs approval of a coach or instructor, it's a pain to go back and undo or reorient the person/student on the right process/path |
How should this work? |
Under Registration Conditions that can/have to met should be another option: Approval of a Staff Member. You designate Approval of the Coach/Instructor of a class is necessary before completing Registration. They get notified that a student wants to sign up for this class and click an "Approved" button or use a drop down with Approved/Not Approved with a littel text field to insert some response text. |

It will help to make sure people dont mistakenly sign up and pay for a class they shouldnt be in but that you want to display on the public schedule for awareness that it exists. Using the Registration conditions like skill or group or corequesite etc makes the class unseen UNLESS the person has one of those qualifiers (unless this has been changed) |
