Incident Report

It would be great to have an area to report incidents (injuries and issues) that parents need to know about. Currently, we have paper forms and file them in a box. If the teacher could type something in DSP to share with admin OR a place where we could record the incidents, dates and reccomendations, that would be AWESOME!
