In the address box almost all of my parents just put their street address since it is not laid out like a normal address field we largely never get their city, state and zip code.
YES!!!!! Having the address as free form text is so exhausting!!!
Many people do not enter the address in the 'normal format' when entering the data. Makes creating labels a NIGHTMARE!!
If address was formatted in text boxes instead of free form, we can easily perform a mail merge and make label creations much easier and so much more efficient!!
this is a big reason we left DSP for a season. And honestly I’m still not happy that this hasn’t happened. The amount of time we spent tracking down addresses becuase no one picks up their phone or responds to emails is a waste of time for a simple fix!

YES TO THIS! I was just going to suggest this. Tired of having to reach out to people to be able to send their kid a birthday card.
