Please, please, add separate fields for street, city, state and zip. We increasingly receive new accounts and registrations with incomplete address information. This very easy fix would eliminate the time consuming task of having to contact new and prospective families to obtain correct address information.
This is such a simple, but very necessary fix!! Several requests already exist for this issue:

This is absolutely necessary. We can't have accurate data with one big field for the address - the number of incomplete addresses is insane. And exporting them in order to do a mailmerge or literally anything doesn't work properly so we have to take hours sorting and cleaning our data.
I wholeheartedly agree, this is the only software I know that has one big field instead of separating them. How can I search or sort by zip code? I can’t, I can’t force them to give complete addresses with city either because it’s not a mandatory field.
I really do not understand why this is one giant field. There's zero validation and we have the craziest and most incomplete responses. Ugh. Currently spending time googling addresses to correct them.
