Gender Affirming and Inclusive Drop-Down Options

This also pertains to registration. It would be nice to see gender-inclusive and gender-affirming options in the Gender drop-down menu for new staff or students. "Non-Binary" and "Agender" or "Unspecified" would be a good start.
