Sometimes the amount of robo mail templates gets large. instead of deleting maybe a folder to archive emails you may want to use at a later date would be helpful ?
Would be helpful to be able to have the absence email go to multiple parents (for divorced parents who both need to be notified if their dancer is missing classes).
