It would be nice if you could add a line to the form so the person making the donation can list the child's name they are sponsoring. That way we can keep track of who donated money for what child in the studio.

Application date to waitlist

We would like to add a field to the database to include the date of entry of application. We offer places on date, therefore need to know who has been waiting the longest. Can you please add a field for date of application. Thanks
