Use account credits/gift code to pay for private lessons

Parents should be able to use account credits and gift codes to pay for private lessons or when using the online store. If we gift our students with a gift code to use towards private lessons these cannot be used at the moment. Parents with a credit on their account are also having to book their private lessons through myself. This should be added as a payment option on the parent portal.
