Free Trial Class Promo

I usually charge $10 per trial class, but would love the ability to use a promo code to allow potential customers to have the fee waived

Why is there a Fee to Text

Hi - New to DSP (coming from AKADA). I feel strongly that the fee per use to texting is not indicated for the monthly fees we currently pay. Please consider adjusting the price point of this, or remove the costs for this service.

Transaction ID added to Payments and Credits by Type Report

Don't charge student scheduled to drop

Please create an automated feature to not charge students that are scheduled to drop a class. It's so much to remember who is scheduled to drop in the future and the parents will get upset if you charge them.

Email history by class

It would be helpful to be able to see what emails have been sent to a class in the class history. The communication log does not show what class any recipients are in so to determine if a specific email has reached an entire class you must look at...

Design editing for dance cards

Have the possibility to edit the color and layout, logo size, etc of the printed version of the dance cards

Matching memo lines to easily track what transactions are part of what deposits

A way to have memo lines not say online payment but instead match the orginial memo line to easily recognize payments in merchant servvices transfers

Notes for Events

We would love to be able to save Notes under Tickets & Events and have the ability to share the Notes with teachers and classes that are assigned to the event.
