Volunteer report- what is slots are filled and what isn't
It would be very helpful to be able to select an event and receive a report with what slots are covered by a volunteer and what slots are still open without having to click on every tab, especially when there are several open events at one time.

Pro-rate tuition to the exact date that a student drops
Currently, tuition can be pro-rated to an exact start date for classes but not an exact end date. Adding this feature would reduce confusion over billing as well as reduce admin time needed to manually adjust billing.

Maybe consider putting an option for a mass select button for classes when switching the settings to allow parents to sign up drop ins and trials instead of going into each class and switching the settings there.

Allow the administration to have parents update their registration every year, then click register and pay - all in one transaction. Not have to find the right buttons to register and pay separately. It is very disjointed presently.
