For classes that meet on multiple days of the week, it would be great to be able to change which studio they are in for each day. For example, our competitive team is in Studio A on Mondays, and Studio B on Wednesdays.
Put teachers name next to service for booking privates
Unless you type teachers name in the box with the service name, you have no way of knowing which teacher you are booking a lesson for. It is really frustrating having to make all the appointment names longer by adding the teacher's name next to it...
It would be great if the invoices sent to parents could be set up to included details for the ones paid via NDIS funding. At the moment we have to invoice NDIS kids separately. Thanks
Parents often list themselves as the emergency contact, but it would be helpful to have the system require a separate emergency contact number on file in case you are unable to reach the parent.
A place to make notes for costumes so we can record if it had to go to our seamstress, or if part of the costume went home but not all of it, etc...
We have to have costumes altered a lot of the time and it would be great to be able to note which seamstress has it and what is being done to it. It is reassuring to know where it is if it's not with the student and not in the studio.
