It would be SUPER helpful if we could upload different documents to multiple students. Example: I would like to upload an individualized recital costume estimate to each student. Right now we can only add the SAME document to multiple students.
Prohibit duplicate trial classes for same student on same date (and check for max # of trials per student)
There needs to be a check when adding a student to a trial. I was able to add the same student to the same class on the same date. The same date definitely should not be allowed since our settings allow only one trial/student total. This is a bug.
I love that chat feature, but there should be a way for the admin to access the chat history of any of the teachers. Without having to be included big brother style on every chat, but the admin side should be able to pull chat history at any time....
It would be helpful to have an option where we can set certain classes to only show the "Schedule Trial" choice. This way, parents can easily understand that a trial must be scheduled before registering for the class.
